The Employment Prospects of Persons with Disabilities in the Open Labour Market

The thesis is focused on the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labour market. The concepts related to disability and handicap have been dealt in the theoretical part as so as the importance of employment for people with disabilities, employment issues and embedding the right to work in an international and Czech rule of law have been discussed. In the empirical part the attitudes of employers to the disabled employees, their motives and experiences are evaluated. In the frame of thesis, that is being reached by qualitative research using the semi-structured interviewing employers in three districts of the Central Bohemia.

Using extracurricular environment for the basic recreational visits, individuals are directed toward the development of self-care, communication and orientation in the new environment. The aim of this work is to compare the behaviour in the home, school and non-school environment and the behaviour during recreational stay. Using a different environment and its effects, we come to determine if recreational stays at home or abroad for people with multiple disabilities have meaning. In the first part there is the definition of the issue of combined disability and mental retardation, attention is focused on the problems of individuals with autism spectrum disorder, together with breakdown of the concept of recreational visits. Accessible tourism in the chosen destination

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse barrier-free tourism in the destination Lipno. It provides the comprehensive overview of barrier free accessibility of attractivities, transport, accommodation and food and beverage facilities for handicapped people. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is theoretical where the basic terms of tourism, such as barrier-free or accessible tourism and free barrier access are explained. The second, practical part, is focused on the analysis of accessible tourism in the destination Lipno. The last part is an assessment of barrier-free accessibility, conclusions and recommendations.

In this work specifically to deal with companies MEZADO Jan Pesek and its new services offered by the individual is assisted transportation of handicapped persons.The aim of this work is to analyze the design and service for its effectiveness.I decided to conduct a survey.The questionnaire was created database. The customers suggest extending the car fleet. The key to solving this problem is to extend the portfolio of customers.Instrument to acquisition new customers is a gain promotion.I suggest introduction of new form of propagation with leaflets and already created presentation. The leaflets and presentations will be distributed free of charge in the districts that need the increase in promotion.
Analysis of barrier-free tourism in chosen destination

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to examine current state and barrier-free accessibility of particular accommodation and catering facilities, main tourist attractions and transport (that means basic tourism services) in Uherské Hradiště, and to provide handicapped tourists necessary information and complete overview. The thesis is divided into 2 main chapters. The first chapter focuses on theoretical definition of basic concepts such as tourism, tourism for all, barrier-free tourism and barrier-free access and equipment. The second chapter is formed by analysis of barrier-free tourism in Uherské Hradiště.
State employment policy

This bachelor thesis deals with the state employment policy's issues and its development in Czech republic. The first chapter analyses the unemployment's development and compares it with European Union and also defines important terms regarding to the employment policy. In the second part follows the division of the state employment policy into passive and active part with focusing on the active part. In the third part is examined the amendment to the Employment Act. The fourth part deals with unemployment compensation and retraining benefits. The last chapter documents issues of employment of people with disabilities. The theoretical findings are interspersed with practical outputs and analyses.
